Adams Vision:
Adams will make a fundamental change in school culture by transitioning to a Professional Learning Community. Teachers will work in effective, high-performing collaborative teams focused on learning and student achievement with a results orientation. We will create an environment where Failure is Not an Option and all students will learn if we answer and act on three basic questions:
- What is it we expect students to learn?
- How do we know when they have learned it?
- How will we respond and what will we do when they don’t learn
